Can I bring my own trainer/instructor?
We do not allow personal trainers/instructors who are not employed through the Dimensions Fitness to conduct business. Fortunately, we have numerous highly-qualified personal trainers and
instructors on staff at theDimensions Fitness. |

How often does the group fitness schedule change?
The group fitness schedule changes three times a year in January, June and September. |

What is a Typical Workout like ?
A typical workout is composed of four parts: warm-up/cool-down, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and strength training. Using a combination of fitness modalities and techniques each member will enjoy a personalized fitness program. Anti-bacterial wipes are available to wipe down machines before and after use. Water in an enclosed plastic container is the only beverage allowed on the exercise floor. For members' safety, all free weights must be returned to the racks at all times when not in use. Do not set them on the floor, lean them on the machines or against the walls. Certain free-weight exercises are prohibited, including the standing press, dead lifts and jump squats. |

Where can I leave my stuff?
Lockers must be used at all times. Bags and clothing may not be left on the floor, benches or on the machines.
Day use lockers are available in the locker rooms, and on the first, second and third floors. Patrons may use those lockers while in the building, but must provide personal locks and remove belongings when leaving the building.
Rental lockers are available in three sizes and may be rented for the semester or year. |

Do you have personal trainers?
Yes. When you join Dimensions Fitness, you are entitled to one free session with a personal trainer to familiarize yourself with the equipment and basic fitness technique. We also have certified personal trainers on staff for consultation at your convenience. |
