The
cardio section alone is about 1750 square feet in the first floor with
13 treadmills, cross trainers 3 and cycles 6 and a spinning bike. This
is one of the biggest in the Country.
In the strength area which is on the third floor we
have individual stations for legs chest shoulders, inner and outer
thigh along with a cable cross over, smith machine for those who
wish to pump weights for those huge size.
In the third floor we have a space specially done for conducting group exercise classes.
A special flooring made of suspended wooden planks to give cushioning
effect when you move and jump around to give protection to the ankles
knees and joints.
Pilates Master Trainer --- Ms.Anupama Gopal, is a Reebok
Trainer and has 12 years of experience in group exercise classes will
be taking Mat Pilates classes at Dimensions. This is the first of its
kind in India.
Dance Master --- Salman - aka Jiveguru, has been dancing soon after he left school and started teaching Dance since 2004 . He has taught in different parts of India and also in Poland, Holland, Latvia and Estonia. He is proficient at the Jive, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Chacha and the East Coast Swing. Known as the JIVEGURU, he consistently endeavors to expand his horizons.
Dance Trainer --- Sriram Gopal - aka RuedaRam, has been dancing since 2000. He studied Cuban Salsa from the European Rueda Champion in 2005 in Glasgow in the United Kingdom. He is proficient at the Jive and Cuban Salsa. Known as the RUEDARAM, he is passionate to expand his Cuban dancing skills.
Yoga--- conducted by D.V. Sridhar. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate world as a Director and is now teaching one to one yoga Rakshanam.
Currently he is taking Group yoga sessions at Dimensions Fitness from 6.30 am to 7.30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Massage--- done by certified trainers from Sowkya Way2 Health, Nungambakkam.
They do general massage to rejunevate the body after a tiring workout.
